Delivery

Delivery costs

• Delivery is free for orders of 350€ and over.
• For orders below that, the cost of delivery is €25.
• Free delivery is available only for destinations located in Italy.

Delivery times

• For neutral merchandise, 3 to 4 working days are expected from the order date.
• For customized merchandise, 7/8 business days are expected from confirmation of the draft.

Do you need a mandatory delivery?

Graphic draft

• The graphic draft is a free service. You will be able to request it to approve or modify the result of the customization and get the best result, once you submit your order.
• For the graphic draft you will only need to provide your logo or design in vector format. If you do not have a logo in vector format you will only need to ask for our support.
• You will receive the draft graphic within 24 hours of confirming your order.
• If you have a doubt, our graphic designers will be ready to suggest the best solution because, just like you, our priority is to give your logo maximum visibility!

Do you need a sample?

• Sample order: do you want to check the quality of a product before placing an order? We offer the possibility to order a sample product, so you can be sure of the final result before proceeding with a large-scale purchase.
